Account Profile Search

This window equips the user with a tool for searching through the whole collection of user accounts created on the Eazy Eval Environment.

A lot of criteria are provided based on which the user can narrow the spectrum from which an account can be found. The various filtering options provided in this window are explained below.

The Account Search Screen

The three checkboxes "Look in Account Name", "Look in Address" and "Case Sensitive" controls the way in which the search operation is conducted. If "Look in Account Name" is selected during a search process, then the comparison is made between the user inputted search string and the content contained inside the Account Name column of the database. The "Look in Address" will search for the user given string inside the Address column of the database. If you want to make your searches case specific, i.e. if you want to check for exactness of what you have typed, then the "Case sensitive" checkbox can be selected.

You can also make use of the 4 filters given the checkboxes for refining your search results. The "Type" filter will help you to limit your searches on accounts based on their privilege status. The "Account Name" filter limits searches to a particular user account. The "Status" filter provides a way to weed out accounts based on their status i.e. Active or Inactive. The "Gender" filter will help in restricting searches based on the gender set for the account. Once all the different criteria's are selected you can use the "Search" button to start the search process. All results matching your specific search criteria are listed in a grid given at the bottom of the window.

Accounts can be Activated or Deactivated using the "Activate/Deactivate" button and the "Delete" button can be used for removing any account from Eazy Eval. Double clicking on any of the account information inside the grid will take you to the account profile window loaded with information about the user account that you selected.
