Eazy Eval - The Easiest Exam Software

This is the module from which a candidate can log into the Eazy Eval Environment, for the purpose of attempting an exam configured to him. The Eazy Eval installation provides options for both the integrated Answer Sheet module and a standalone Answer Sheet module. The Integrated Answer Sheet module can be accessed from the "Exam Organizer" menu of the Eazy Eval Pro Package. The standalone Answer Sheet, if installed, can be launched from the shortcut provided in your Start > Programs Menu.

The various features and options of the Answer Sheet are explained below.

The first step involved in attempting an exam is to log into the Exam Center. Launching the Exam Center will result in a window as displayed below.

The candidate should fill in the "Candidate ID" and "Exam Code" as provided to him by the Authorities (The exam slip can be used here for reference). If a password is issued by the authorities, then the candidate is required to type that too. In a default setting, all candidate accounts has no password. Now press the "Login" button. Now if the details provided by the candidate are correct then he is logged in to the Exam Environment and a message like the one given below is displayed.

The total running time of the exam is shown in this window. If you want to know more about the various configurations imposed on the current exam press the "Yes" button.

The various areas of Answer Sheet are

1. The Question Panel

This panel displays the question and all the available options. The "Submit Answer" button in this panel can be used to mark an answer for the current question. It also loads the next question and options on to the screen.

An option can be selected as the answer by ticking on the checkbox given on the left side of each option.

The Time Panel

The Time Panel shows a running status of time available for the total exam along with the current question (if the exam is configured to have "Time Lock"). It also displays the maximum point available to a question along with any negative mark.

The bottom Panel

The bottom panel provides an array of options for the purpose of navigation inside the Answer Sheet between the questions. The buttons marked "<<", "<", ">" and ">>" can be used to navigate to the first, previous, next and last question respectively.

The "Bookmark" button provides the candidate to mark a question for later reference.

The 4 different tabs provided in this bottom panel, equips the candidate to access questions more effectively. The "All" tab shows squares, with question numbers, which can be clicked by the candidate to navigate to the question directly. The "Answered" tab displays all the questions attempted by the candidate. The "Unanswered" tab displays all those questions that are not answered by the candidate. The "Book Marked" tab will list all those questions on which, a bookmark is placed by the candidate.

The candidate can submit the examination by pressing the "Submit Exam" button. A confirmation message will be asked and the exam will be marked for evaluation. The Exam center will respond with a successful submission message and will unload the Exam Center module.

If the help of an animated assistant is provided for an exam, then the "Answer Sheet" will have 2 additional buttons, called "Listen" and "Speak".

The "Listen" button will make the animated character to read out the questions and options for the candidate.

If your machine supports voice recognition, then the "Speak" button can be used for making the animated character accept voice commands. Multiple choice, True/False and Yes/No questions can be answered using voice commands by pressing the "Speak" button and dictating an number between 1,2,3,4 or 5 for the options A- E respectively.

If an exam is configured in training mode, then the candidate is given the provision for reviewing the correct option while taking the exam. The "View Answer" button will display the points carried by the correct answer in a small box against the right side as shown below.
