Eazy Eval

Candidate Group

In the Eazy Eval Environment, every user who appears for an examination is called a candidate and each candidate is required to have his information added into the Eazy Eval system, before appearing for examinations. For the ease of managing different candidate accounts, each candidate can be added into a candidate group.

The Candidate Group Screen

This window lets the user to manage Candidate group's. For educational institutions the candidate group can act as the concept of a class or as a batch. You can create a new Candidate Group by typing in an appropriate name in the "Group Name" slot and pressing the "Add" button. The grid located at the bottom of the window displays all the active candidate group names. The "Edit" button can be used for editing unused candidate groups and the "Delete" button can be used for permanently removing unused candidate groups.

Note: Candidate groups that contain candidates cannot be deleted or edited.
