
New candidates can be added to the Eazy Eval Environment using this window. Before allotting an examination to a particular candidate, it is required to create a "candidate account" for the candidate. This window gives the user the power to store a lot of information about a candidate.
The steps involved in the creation of a candidate are given below.

Various information that can be saved along with a candidate account are broadly classified into 3 categories as, Id Details, Personnel Details and Professional Details. You can use each of these information groups, for storing details according to the level of information demanded by your organization.

The Candidate Profile Edit Screen
The "Edit" button loads those entire candidate ids, into which the current user has access permission, in a new grid. The user can select the candidate account that is to be edited by double clicking on the appropriate row. The group name list box located at the top of the window can be used for filtering candidate ids based on to the group in which they belong. The "Activate" and "Deactivate" buttons can be used for changing the status of a candidate id. If you want to make a candidate inactive, i.e. to be deactivated from the system, then this option can be used. The "Delete" button allows the user to permanently remove unwanted candidate accounts from the Eazy Eval Environment.
