Exam Code

This window provides the user with all the necessary information, including the Exam Code, of all the scheduled exams available in the Eazy Eval system. Information about all the exams is displayed in a grid and the records displayed here can be filtered using the 4 filter options provided.

The The Exam Code Screen

The "Exam Name" filter can be used to display the information about a single exam. The "Candidate Id" can be used to display all the exams scheduled to a particular candidate. The "Appearance Status" options will filter the display based on the status of attempt made by the candidate. The "Submission Status" can be used to display records based on the submission status of an exam.

All the exams, once accessed by the candidate, are marked as "Appeared". When the user submits an exam after answering, for the purpose of evaluation, the exam is marked by Eazy Eval Environment as "Submitted". Any exam that carries the "Appeared" flag and "Submitted" flag set to "Yes", are locked permanently and those exams cannot be reappeared, unless it is configured as a "Training Mode" exam.

In a worst-case scenario, if a candidate was not able to submit an examination due to machine or network related troubles, then the "Submitted" flag remains "No". Such exams are shown with the "Appeared" flag set to "Yes" and "Submitted" flag set to "No" on the grid, and a provision is provided for reconfiguring such an exam for another attempt. The "Reschedule" button can be used for marking the "Appeared" flag set for an exam back to "No", so that a candidate can reappear for an exam that he was not able to finish previously.
