This Window acts as the central point from which an Administrative account holder can grant and revoke various modes of permissions for fellow users. Permissions are classified in to 3 categories and all are presented as distinct panels inside this window.
1. Account Privileges
This Panel gives Administrative people the provision for deciding what functionality that each user can perform in the Eazy Eval Environment. In the top left corner, all the available user accounts are displayed in a list. The operator can select the account on which permissions are to be edited by searching from the list.

The Account Privileges Screen
In the grid located below, all the available modules and the permissions for the selected user are displayed in the form of ticks and crosses. For each module, permissions for View, Insert, Modify and Delete can be granted by clicking on the relevant grid cell. A Tick mark means the user can access the module and a cross means, the user is not granted permission into the module. User's can also use the context menu, which can be accessed by right clicking on the grid for granting and revoking permissions.
Use the "Save" button for making any changes made in the permissions, permanent. To cancel any changes use the "Reset" button. Only the accounts of Limited Class Users are listed here.
2. Domain Permissions
The domain permissions window decides which users can have access to information categorized under which domain. In Eazy Eval Environment each question that is added to the question bank is categorized under a domain (a domain is like a subject or topic) for the purpose of easy retrieval. In your Eazy Eval Environment, if you want to restrict one user from accessing questions classified under a domain that doesn't have to be accessed by him, then you can use this window.

The Domain Permissions Screen
Here all the available domains that are marked as active are listed on the left side of a grid. On the top row of the grid, all the active user accounts are listed. You can easily click the relevant cell to grant or revoke access to specific domains for specific users.
Every change that you make in the grid is marked in red for ease of use.
Use the "Save" button to make the changes permanent. The "Reset" button will cancel any changes made to the permissions in the grid.
Note:
Along with the "Allow domain modifications based on membership" option on Security Settings window, the settings given in this panel ensures that Access to a domain will be based solely on the permissions given to a user on the domain.
3. Group Permissions
Every candidate that is added to the Eazy Eval Environment is categorized under a Candidate Group. If you want to restrict access to the information of candidates for specific user accounts then you can use this panel. All the available active candidate groups are listed on the left side of a grid, and all the active user accounts are listed on the top of the grid. Permissions can be granted and revoked by clicking in the relevant cells inside the grid.
