Eazy Eval

Report Mailer

This Window provides the Eazy Eval user with an option for generating progress reports. These reports can be emailed from the Eazy Eval System, if an email client like; Outlook is configured on the machine.

The Report Mailer

The steps involved in generating a progress report from this window is explained below:

1. Select a candidate Id from the "Candidate Id" drop down.

2. Select the desired exam from the "Exam Name" list.

3. Type in an email address in the "To" text field, if you want to send an email.

4. Type in some appropriate text in the "Subject", "Note" and "Header" text fields. The text given here will be included in the email.

5. From the grid, select the needed exams, which are to be included in the report by clicking on the "To Mail" column.

6. Now Press the "Send Mail" button to route an email using your mail client.

7. Use the "Save Report" button to generate an Html copy of the report.

The email facility is dependant on the successful configuration of your mail client, and a faulty configuration will lead to the failure of this facility.
