Report Pack

The reports pack is a utility provided along with Eazy Eval for viewing a whole array of informative statements. The report pack like the Eazy Eval Environment, examines the various access permissions set for the current user while displaying Domains, Question Papers, Examinations, and candidates.

1.Exam Results Report

Exam Results Reports Filtering Options

This report lets the user view the results of all the attempted examinations. To generate an exam results report, select "Exam Results" from the report type and provide some basic information to the configuration panel that is displayed.

The "Exam" list box displays all the exams to which a user has access permissions. Select an exam from this list, and select the candidate whose report is to be generated. The candidates listed in the "Candidate Id" list box are, also dependent on the access permissions. Now press the "Generate" button to view the report.

The "Brief Report" can be selected to generate a condensed report about an exam. The "Graph" option can be used only in "Brief Report" mode and it will generate a graphical result sheet.

The "Filter on Obtained Points" option can be used to filter out the reports of candidates who have obtained specific points. This option is useful if more than one person writes a particular exam and you want to find the result of only those candidates who has scored above a certain point limit.

2.Question Paper Report

Question Paper Reports Filtering Options

This report can be used to view a particular question paper. The Panel given below can be used to access a question paper of user's choice.

The "Active Question Papers" and "Inactive Question Papers" filter can be used to find a question paper based on its status. The question paper list box displays all the question papers, which are accessible by the user. The desired question paper can be selected from this drop down list box. The "Do not show questions with RTF content" option when checked will suppress, all those questions with any special formatting inside a question paper. Press the "Generate" button to load the report.

3.Question Bank Report

Question Bank Reports Filtering Options

This can be used to generate a report of questions and options contained inside a domain, of users choice.

The Domain list box can be used to select a domain from which the questions are to be selected. The "Question Type" list box can be used to filter questions based on their type. The "Do not show questions with RTF content" option when checked will suppress, all those questions with any special formatting inside a question paper. The "Show Option Points" will display the points set for each available option. The "Graph" option when selected will display a graphical representation of all the questions belonging to the criteria selected by the user.

Press the "Generate" button to load the report.

4.Exam Slip Report

Exam Slip Reports Filtering Options

This can be used to generate a report of questions and options contained inside a domain, of users choice.

The Domain list box can be used to select a domain from which the questions are to be selected. The "Question Type" list box can be used to filter questions based on their type. The "Do not show questions with RTF content" option when checked will suppress, all those questions with any special formatting inside a question paper. The "Show Option Points" will display the points set for each available option. The "Graph" option when selected will display a graphical representation of all the questions belonging to the criteria selected by the user.

Press the "Generate" button to load the report.

5.Candidates Report

Candidates Reports Filtering Options

This report gives the user with access to information about one or more candidates. This report contains various information about a candidate like name, address, email id etc. Information about those candidates who belong to candidate group into which the user has no access permission are hidden from this report.

This report can be genereated by selecting a candidate group and by pressing the "Generate" button.

6.Domains Report

This report can be used to generate a list of all the domains created inside the Eazy Eval Environment. This report can be filtered using the "Active Domains" and "Inactive Domains" options provided.

7.Scheduled Exams Report

Scheduled Exams Reports Filtering Options

This report can be used to generate a list containing information about any exams that are scheduled between any given date range.

The user can select a From date and a To date, and then press the "Generate" button to build this report.

8.Progress Report

Progress Reports Filtering Options

This option can be used to generate the progress report for any given candidate. The candidate whose progress report is to be generated can be selected from the candidate id list box.

This report will list all the exams in which the selected candidate has appeared and it will contain various information like the time at which the exam was attempted, Points scored and percentage obtained.
